Rani Khalon joins Forty1, division of The Creative Engagement Group, to boost Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Offering
Employee experience agency Forty1, a division of The Creative Engagement Group, has appointed experienced DEI consultant and activist Rani Khalon to further enhance its response to the growing demand for authentic DEI strategy throughout the employee experience.
Rani joins Forty1 from a specialist D&I consultancy where she created DEI strategies and interventions for a range of FTSE 500 companies including GSK, BT Sports and The Co-op. Previously Rani worked for financial tech company Envestnet where she actively incorporated DEI into her role, leveraging DEI to create competitive offerings for her clients whilst also becoming deeply interested in the welfare of people in the workplace.
Rani will report into Luke-Matthew Iveson, Director of the DEI Centre of Excellence at Forty1. Part of Luke’s team, Rani will work to ensure organisations are effectively bringing their DEI strategies to life through authentic action, embedding them across the whole employee experience. This includes uncovering the unique challenges clients face when approaching DEI topics and developing the right solutions to overcome them, adding value that amplifies the employee voice and drives awareness and advocacy.
Luke-Matthew Iveson said: “We are really excited to have Rani join the team, bringing her extensive expertise and passion for driving and activating authentic change for DEI with our clients. Our clients are looking to be guided, challenged and supported in creating a real impact and I know Rani will be an expert partner, bringing sensitivity, diverse perspectives and new ideas.”
Rani Khalon, DEI Engagement Consultant at Forty1, said:
“I am so excited to learn from everyone in the team and I’m more thrilled to disrupt how companies engage with DEI. The jump from tick box HR Training to meaningful psychological changes is going to be sensational.”
