Forty1 Promotes Elizabeth Bryant to Principal Consultant
Forty1, the employee engagement division of The Creative Engagement Group, has announced that Elizabeth Bryant has been promoted to the role of Principal Communications & Engagement Consultant.
In her new role, Liz will define and uphold best practice for how Forty1 works with clients to provide innovative and differentiated employee engagement solutions, supported by brilliant experiences and outputs which create impact and inspire lasting change.
Forty1 creates communications and engagement for a diverse range of clients including global leaders in healthcare, technology, automotive, mining, and financial services. Liz will be working to meet the increasing demands of the modern workforce and marketplace through innovative and creative employee engagement solutions.
Liz’s promotion reflects the continued growth of Forty1 and the need for deep expertise, experience and strong leadership. She will also be an integral player in attracting and developing talent, driving performance and retaining consultants.
Liz has over a decade of experience shaping strategic employee communications for large organisations including Anglo American, Lloyds Banking Group, RBS, Southwest Airlines and British Gas. She worked in client services for the first part of her career, then moved into consultancy. She maintains this dual outlook, which is her strategic strength when approaching any client challenge.
